Nagasaki before and after the bomb

Nagasaki is the capatail and the largest city of the Nagasaki Prefecture in one of the islands of Japan. Nagasaki was a home for the Imperal Japanese Navy. Nagasaki was orginally a harbour village,  Nagasaki had very little history to it untill some Europeam Explorers in 1542 when a Portuguese ship landed near by. The Nagasaki harbour grew quickly into a very diverse port city.  On August 9 1945, the second atomic bomb attack was primary for the targeted for the nearby city of Kokura, but the pilot that was driving the helicopter with the bomb found it to be covered by a cloud. The industrial areas outside of Nagasaki wasn't as severe then the bomb that hit Hiroshima. The bomb was exploded directly above the suburb of Urakami and then the largest cathedral in East Asia.
